CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUND

Cancellations of orders will be accepted with full refund of amounts paid only if they have not yet been despatched. If they have already been sent,  you can return unused (except special orders), never installed, like-new items for 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. They be returned in their inviolate packages and the refund will be made subtracting the freight costs (from return too). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Any issue (like taxes or duties) with Brazilian´s Customs is by sender´s own.  

If any product has been mistakenly shipped or exchanged in relation to the order, return it after notifying us by e-mail or telephone. If our failure is proven, we will reverse all amounts paid.

Remember #1: You need to ask the customs inspection of your country about the "paperwork" of that, because the goods needs exit registration in your country to enter here in Brazil.

Remember #2: If a product does not fit because your vehicle has been modified or customized in the last 30 years, it does not definitively mean the item is defective. If you have an issue due to fitment, we will help you.
